Maybe you’ve had a day where you’ve wondered what goes into making a robot with squishy rotating wheels. It can’t be a simple task, you think. Turns out, you’re right. Just look at this five-minute video from researchers at Rutgers University called "Rotary Actuators Based on Pneumatically Driver Elastomeric Structures." I hope you know what that means:

This robot works similarly to humans’ muscles, except human muscles don't have wheels at the end of them.. Its rotary actuator turns continuously and has pneumatic actuators that inflate / deflate themselves, according to IEEE Spectrum. The researchers behind the bot say its soft wheels allow it to go over rough terrain and move under water. Cute fish tank decor!
