Earlier this year at CES 2016, Withings announced the Thermo, a wireless infrared thermometer that uses infrared sensors to take your temperature when placed up against your temple. The biggest question at the time of the announcement, however, was if Withings would be able to secure FDA approval and ensure that consumers would be able to rely on the Thermo for accurate temperature readings. Withings has announced today that the Thermo has been approved, and is available today at the Apple Store and Withings website for $99.95.
