DxO rolls out a waterproof case and other accessories for its iPhone camera

Last summer, DxO — a company best known for rating the quality of image sensors — announced it was getting into hardware with a camera that attaches to iPhones using the Lightning port. Since then, DxO has pushed out quarterly software updates that have added smaller features to the camera, which is called the DxO One, making it a bit more capable each time. Now, a little more than a year later, DxO is announcing a suite of accessories alongside another software update to further support the company’s first camera.

The biggest change to the DxO One on the software side is that the company added two different Wi-Fi modes, both of which will allow users to control the camera and see what it’s seeing without being physically connected. One...
