Samsung's LTE dongle for the car is available now from AT&T

Samsung has tied nearly a half-dozen new mobile product launches to the release of its new Galaxy Note 7 today, including its LTE dongle designed to bring connectivity to older cars. Called the Connect Auto, the device plugs into the OBD II diagnostic port — found on pretty much every car of the last two decades — to give you vehicle performance data and help you locate the car.

The gadget also provides LTE connectivity courtesy of AT&T for up to 10 devices. The carrier will be the only provider of the Connect Auto in the US for the time being.
